Construction of a fashion outlet and related urbanization works in Agira, Enna

Vittadello built this designer-name outlet mall that alternates luxury brands with service/entertainment activities along a landscaped promenade with adjacent parking on a 300,000 sq m area in the province of Enna, Sicily.

The single-story buildings all have internal heights of 5.00 m and built with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete pillar structure and wood laminate roofing.

The architecture and facades of the outlet’s buildings create the atmosphere of the villages in Sicily.
