Construction of a new office building in Via Tommaseo, Padova

Construction of new office building with underground parking and exterior works; restructuring of a building for commercial and office use between Via Tommaseo and Via Piccinato, Padua.

The new building has six floors above and two underground levels; the highly-articulated facades feature pre-painted aluminum slat cladding, a ventilated facade with stoneware cladding, and a large-scale all-glass curtain wall system with excellent thermal insulation.

The outdoor spaces offer a promenade across the lot in alignment the Trade Fair complex on Via Tommaseo. Setting the new building’s facade back from Via Tommaseo Street permitted the creation of a landscaped public area.
