This new building constructed for office and commercial use consists of an underground level and 4 floors above ground. Vaunting a reinforced concrete cast-in-place structure, the brick curtain walls are provided with façade elements that are structural as well. The interior partitions are also in brick; the floors in the shops and service areas are in stoneware. Floating floors were laid in the office areas
