The proportional spinoff of Intercantieri Vittadello SpA arranged in October 2020 must be seen as part of a corporate reorganization process intended to clarify the distinct sectors (concessions, calls for tender, and environment/energy operations) in which Vittadello Group operates.
A large part of the assets, human resources, equipment, know-how. and subjective and objective requirements required to be awarded contracts for tenders and execute the public and private works were assigned to COGEVI S.p.A (a newly-formed Vittadello Group company 99% controlled by FINVIT S.r.l.).
COGEVI S.p.A is now the Vittadello Group reference company through which the company’s outstanding tradition in the construction sector will continue with renewed enthusiasm.
