Construction of a new Assisted Living Facility (RSA)

A nursing home for the elderly has been built in Camponogara in the province of Venice, with a 3-story structure divided as follows:

• 120 beds in residential care for the non-self-sufficient elderly
• 30 beds in residential care for the self-sufficient elderly
• 30 places at the Day Care Center

The facility vaunts the best energy-saving technologies with the insulation required to keep consumption levels low both winter and summer. The main entrance leads directly to the large hall at the center of a number of services including the bar, restaurant, worship room, reception desk, the Day Center and the community area for self-sufficient elderly. The 1st and 2nd floors feature two wings of 30 beds each with rooms for daytime socialization activities that include the living room, restaurant and occupational activity area in the center. At the heart of the facility, the 1^st floor offers a gym, health management services, outpatient clinics, and a pharmacy, hairdresser, and podiatrist. The 2^nd floor hosts multipurpose socialization and occupational therapy activities
