Project Description
Construction and subsequent management of a building intended to house the new outpatient clinic and district hospital of Imperia
This new building destined to house outpatient clinics and serve as NHS district headquarters was designed with every need of the user in mind. Inflows of natural air and light were channeled into direct contact with greenery. The building consists of a ground floor volume occupying half the available area and a second volume resting partially on the former’s pillars. The new spaces created serve as urban plaza and roof garden. The aluminum louver system on the glass facade filters solar radiation to ensure the right levels of natural light and heat dispersion. The roof garden distinguishes the building as environmentally sustainable.
