Reconstruction and consolidation of an accommodation structure in Algiers

This historic building in Art Deco style in the heart of Algiers just steps away from the Parliament was renovated and reconstructed to anti-seismic standards. Freed entirely of its perimeter walls, original structures were reinforced to support the future loads envisioned. New internal partitions were created with state-of-the-art utilities technology for the higher standards of livability and well-being required for new classification as international hotel.

The finest finishes will be given to the rooms and community areas in imported marble used also for door and window frames with modern performance. All the facades will be restored with the precise restoration of their original cornices, stucco and decoration.
